Roberto Cavalli Unveils Pimped Mini Paceman for Life Ball Charity Event

Mini teamed up with internationally renowned fashion designer Roberto Cavalli to create a unique Paceman that it donated to the Life Ball AIDS charity event - as it has done each year since 2001.
The Life Ball Mini 2013 was revealed in Vienna by the Italian fashion designer and his wife, just a few hours before it went on auction at the AIDS Solidarity Gala at Hofburg Palace. The proceeds will go to projects committed to combating AIDS.

The one-off Mini Paceman is painted in an exclusive color that has already featured in Cavalli’s own fleet of cars, a special iridescent paint that shimmers between black and brown, depending on the incidence of light.

It also features a big Cavalli logo on the roof of the car along with his signature on the door. The rims and roof are gold-painted, as are the mirror cases, headlights and taillights surrounds and grille frame.

The interior of the unique Paceman is all black with contrasting gilded elements such as the decorative stitching on the leather seats, the Mini center speedometer surround and the air vents. Adding to the extravagant look are the hallmark Cavalli animal prints on the leather-lined steering wheel and parts of the instruments. The Cavalli logo is also present on the headrests and sun visors.

So what do you think, is Cavalli's Paceman better than the 2012 Life Ball Mini? I personally liked the 2011 Mini Red Mudder designed by the DSQUARED2 a whole lot more.
