What do you think of the 'Hitchcock' trailer?
It looks great!
It looks cheesy!
It looks so good, it's scary.
Fox Searchlight released the first trailer for “Hitchcock” Wednesday, with Anthony Hopkins sliding into the profile of the famed horror director.
“All of us harbor dark recesses of violence and horror,” says Hopkins’ Hitchcock. “I'm just a man hiding in the corner with a camera — watching.”
With the aid of a little makeup, a bald cap and a slightly furrowed brow, Hopkins looks the part — even if the voice is a little off.
The movie, based on a nonfiction book by Stephen Rebello, is centered on Alfred Hitchcock's struggles to get "Psycho" made in the face of studio skeptics, who were scared of the horror movie's proposed depictions of sexual and violent taboos in the late '50s.

After the rest of Hollywood passed, Hitchcock scrounged up $800,000 to independently produce what would become a cinematic landmark.
“Well are we going to have to sell the whole house or just the pool,” says Hitchcock’s wife, played in a scene-stealing turn by Helen Mirren.

Scarlett Johansson co-stars as Hitchcock’s leading lady, Janet Leigh, who’s doomed in the shower scene that’s the centerpiece of the film-within-a-film.
“How are you going to shoot the shower scene,” asks Leigh in the trailer, gesturing to her ample bosom. “It’s only because from here up, I’m not exactly boyish.”
Directed by Sacha Gervasi, the film was originally set to hit theaters next year — but was bumped up to a November 23 release date in a likely bid for the Academy Awards.
